After 21 years with the Navy SEAL Teams and five years of commercial technology management experience, Jason will address the topic of Risk from his unique perspective. He will discuss risk at the Strategic, Operational, and Tactical levels of War and will crosswalk concepts to product management, digital transformation, and DevOps. While there will not be pull-ups or push-ups during this session, we promise you will leave more willing to decentralize and deploy.
